Circle Collective supports young people experiencing a range of barriers to find permanent, life-changing work and teaching them important life skills. The charity, Circle Community, runs a successful  #BackYourFuture  programme, while the social enterprise, Circle Collective, runs two streetwear stores that serve as their training ground for young people. They aim for all profits from stores to be fully reinvested back into the training of young people and #BreakingTheCircle of youth unemployment, giving people and brands a purpose.

They have incredibly put over 600 young people into employment, with half of these having never had previous work experience

Recent data collection shows that from 12th April - November 2021, Since Circle have been able to return to their physical premises, re-opening their streetwear stores and delivering work experience and customer service training, they have supported 249 young people to join the programme, 160 completions, with 93 going into employment and a further 51 moving into higher education or sector-based training. All young people have access to holistic wellbeing sessions, corporate insight days and networking opportunities. This level of performance over the past seven months is higher than any previous years pre-pandemic and Circle predict that 21/22 will see their highest levels of both performance and social impact ever. There is no doubt that post-pandemic the need for this type of support for young people is greater than ever.

It has been agreed by HitClub and Circle Collective that funds raised from HitClub22 will fund opening a new shop and training premises in a different London location to create further outreach in aid of helping young people find sustainable work.
